  • 11:45 AM–2:00 PM – Run a game station or rotate with a class

If you’re available, please email Sarah Irvine at sarah.irvine@tualatinvalleyacademy.org and let her know which time slot(s) work for you.

TVA Parent Survey

At Tualatin Valley Academy, we believe that real change happens when schools and families work together. We don’t just want to hear your opinions—we want to partner with you to create a stronger, more supportive school community.

This short survey is the first step. By sharing what’s working and what needs improvement, you’re helping us understand where to focus our efforts. But more than that, we hope you’ll join us in building solutions and being part of the change.

As a thank you, everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a drawing to win one of three $25 Amazon gift cards!

Thank you for being an active part of our school family. Let’s grow together.

Please follow think link to take the survey!

You will be given the option to provide your information or take the survey anonymously.

Lost and Found

Lost & Found Reminder – Please Check Before Summer!

As the school year winds down, our Lost & Found is overflowing! Please stop by the school lobby to check for any missing items—or remind your child to take a look. Any unclaimed belongings will be donated after the last day of school. Thank you for helping us clear out the collection before summer break!

Playground Update

Our playground equipment is purchased!

We expect it to be delivered in 6-8 weeks. Currently we are finalizing things with the contractor for installation.

We continue to fundraise for our playground.

Funds Raised: $46,397.28

Remaining Funds Needed: $93,602.72 (additional funds above this amount would mean we do not need to utilize our reserves, which we use for large, urgent, unexpected projects)

Loan Due: May 2027

Home & School Service Hours Reminder

TVA asks each family to actively participate in school life by contributing 20 service hours per family each year (10 for single-parent and preschool families). These volunteer hours help make sure the school has the resources we need to host important school and community events, support our teachers throughout the year, and maximize any funds we raise.

Home and School Association coordinates and tracks each family’s required service hours, and will provide quarterly status reports to parents. If parents are unable to contribute volunteer hours, there is an option to pay $10 per required service hour instead.
